I've tried a lot of classes over the years (gym memberships, f45, boot camps) and I have to say studio pilates has been my favourite by far! Not only do the classes target, tone and work all areas of your body, the team at Albany Creek are so lovely and encouraging. I would highly recommending trying!

Sam is a fantastic pilates instructor. With her help I have made huge leaps towards my own personal goals. Not only does Sam run great one on one sessions but her enthusiasm is second to none when running group classes. I would definitely recommend Start Pilates.

I've been doing Pilates classes online and in the studio with Sam - she does a great range of programs, really knows her stuff and makes it fun. Regular workouts really help to keep me feeling strong and moving better. If you've thought about trying Pilates, I recommend you get in touch with Sam - your body will thank you for it.

6 weeks in and I am definitely stronger and leaner than I was before. I have been doing a mix of reformer, mat and boxilates and feel like every single session is making a huge different to my physical and mental health- highly recommend Sam and Start Pilates!
