There are some serious quality control issues with their meat section. I’ve bought steak and chicken from here. The boneless chicken roast turned out so rubbery after cooking (as per the instructions) and just tasted off. The steak (rump) was very thin and also didn’t taste good. I guess you get what you pay for. I think I’ll be going back to the butcher from now on.

Upgrade makes the shop look great. Has a lots of veriety . Not only food but also cloths tools, furniture etc. Very friendly staff.
I like that the trolleys are now in the parking lot. I love the new look, it’s bougie but unfortunately the new layout is inconvenient. I feel it’s not shopper friendly, it feels like you’re in a maze. I think perishables like meat,milk etc should be on the way to the tills not at the entrance or start of one’s shopping. Love the friendly staff ud83dudc95.
