I spent most of my time moving out of the way for staff, the ones that did happen to make eye contact didn’t seem to care that I had to move a pram out of their way.nHorrendous service from an older lady in the deli. Made me wait a few minutes (doing a task that could clearly wait) before asking what I wanted (no hello etc) I pointed to what I wanted and she said there should be a sign (there wasn’t) and proceeded to tell me the item I was after was the same as the one in front of it (it wasn’t). I got so frustrated by her rude sassy attitude that I told her not to worry about it, which she did nothing to prevent me walking away. I have worked in retail customer service many years, it’s honestly not that hard at all. Don’t work in customer service if you clearly hate it

Some of the old guard inbred staff are still working here. Many have been replaced in the last 12 months or so with younger, more refreshing staff with customer service skills, but the bogan element still resists. I still prefer the extra couple of kilometres to Brookside Woollies.

Bit small and pokey. Fresh food section is good, but the rest could do with a face lift.

Great looking after semi refit . Still super busy carkpark , pretty clean good meat and toilet psper supply, good produce for coles and bakery had a good range
