Today was great. A few in the queue then two proactive guys came out and helped people who needed simple transactions. Made things much quicker. Friendly staff.

It's very busy ..people lined up to the door and they have only 2 tellers are very slow. Manager in red dress is rude...i am not coming back to this branch anymore
Almost like playing hide and seek with bank. So frustrating... NAB... Not Available Bank
Why are there 4 bankers in a room to the side whilst only 2 serving? Any other business this would be seen as rude. If there's constant long lines. Then this obviously means people still need in person service no matter how much you force everyone online.
