So impressed with this company, who fit me in as early as possible and rang to let me know they were coming. Tony was cheerful, did an excellent job working out ways to save us money and explaining everything while he did the job. I will definitely recommend them to others. This is a company who did not let us down by not turning up. They deserve the five stars we gave them.

Fast, friendly and better value

Good selection of products and know their products, need to chase them sometimes to see if job is done.

I had car keys made with SPL. I was given a 2 hour window for them to turn up the next day however they arrived 4 hours after that without any communication from them. I had to phone them because I didn’t hear from them at all. After they arrived I was told they couldn’t complete the job that afternoon because it was knock off time and they needed to talk to a tech adviser because they were still learning. This was fine but the next day I had to call them again at around midday to find out what was going on and when the keys would be ready. It took two days and me having to chase them. I was also charged more then the original quote. Just a shame they didn’t communicate or provide the customer sevice they promise on their advertising
