The attention is very bad, firstly they make you wait for about 15 minutes outside the building, then at the reception of the property they do not inform you well on which floor the consulate is located, when they attend you through the intercom you are attended by a man who does not speak at all of Spanish (Chilean consulate official) I wanted to carry out a procedure which they inform me when I arrived there and after losing a week because they respond to you once a day. That the paper takes 2 months to arrive in Chile. When initially they should ask if these deadlines are used to carry out the procedures or not. I hope they can solve the service and attention.

In January 2020, damaged passport and identification documents were with the issuing team. They did not know or have a forecast of when they would have the solution, so I had no choice but to travel to Chile to do the passport renewal procedures so that I could then make a trip where the valid passport was required. Bad service, requires improvement to be prepared before unforeseen events of this type.
