Precisa melhorar no atendimento telefônico, senão tira. Você liga para perguntar sobre banho e tosa, a pessoa que atende passa para a moça que realiza o serviço, mas essa nunca atende, pois provavelmente está em atendimento. Como é que a primeira pessoas que atende não tem a agenda? Vamos melhorar isso aí. O pet é bom, mas peca no atendimento que é tudo!
