I am a very good customer of maximilhas but unfortunately they are treating me very badly ! They put me out of the discussions on the chat and you can not call tehm anymore. I just wanted to resolve problems we have alleith covid 19 cancelation but they treat and attend you very badly. I don t recommand to spend your money with them even if it seems attractive apparently then you ll have problems if anything happens (like cancelation or rebooking )
Worst experience ever.
I paid for my flight and never got the ticket neither a refund.
They need to be sued
Nathalia Holanda from Maxmilhas really helped me out. In Brazil they make it impossible to do a lot of things, like buying tickets, when you’re not Brazilian. The proces of getting a ticket was long and awful, and eventually included going to a bank and putting money in an envelop and depositing it in their account. However, the email contact was very fast and personal.
100 % trustworthy, traveled with them several times, and always everything was spot on !!
