Food - Terrible! Low quality all the time. It doesn't represent the local cousine in anyway. I was thankful all the time I left the hotel to eat outside. The drinks are of low quality. Don't expect be delighted on that end. It feels like managers trying to reduce costs all the time. Even fruits weren't good.nnStaff - Very friendly. However they lack a welcome experience. They just gave me a key, a set of rules and not event helped me to find the room or discover where to get towels or what kind of activities they have. The complex is huge and it's sad they don't have even a map. All the time you need to find someone to ask. They're helpful but I shouldn't have to need this.nnStructure/ entertainment - It's fine considering this is a resort for families with kids.nnAccomodations - Ok. It had some issues but they solved shortly.

This property has a lot of potential but it is poorly managed. Ran out of hot water after a day in the beach soaking in salty ocean water and hotel staff only gave us excuses all evening but never offered an option. It showed lack of care. Another time, gardening staff decided to play soccer hitting a metal fence at 6:15 am! Also, the place is in the middle of nowhere, so if you want to know and visit local areas, you have to take buses everywhere. Entertainment and activities are mediocre so you are stuck in the hotel with it because it's far from everything.
