Stay here if there's nothing else available. My list of complaints is long, but if you just need a bed and a shower, this will suffice. 1. TV was broken 2. Online photos show a pool, there is none. 3. Maid service is intermittent (not daily) 4. Evening reception is grumpy every night, not even a hello - she rolls her eyes when you request clean towels (because maids never came that day) 5. Kitchen staff offered more options to Brazilians (we speak Portuguese, but they just see gringos) 6. Flies all over the dining area 7. No hammocks out like in the photos Morning reception staff are wonderful, helpful, kind. Well located to the beach, shops, restaurants.

Nice and quiet place to stay in Jericoacoara. Good breakfast and helpful staff.

Não recomendo a ninguém! Faltou água na vila e a pousada não tem poço, ficamos sem água nos banheiros e para piorar o gerente se quer apareceu para conversar com os hóspedes, foi um descaso sem tamanho! Apenas sugeriram o reembolso do valor da diária e que procurassemos outra hospedagem as 20h do dia 31/12/2020. Imagine só você estar em Jeri com a sua família e ter que procurar uma pousada em pleno réveillon, ainda estou incrédula com o que aconteceu, descaso sem tamanho.
