Would not recommend this place when there are so many other great places with excellent service right next door. The only person that’s been friendly to us was the housekeeper. Everyone else has total attitude. Personally I deal with enough of that on a day to day bases so when on vacation and paying $3,000R for two nights one would expect above & beyond customer service and amenities which are lacking. We absolutely love the area but again do not waste your $$ and stay here. Also the room smells like mold and privacy is lacking.

Very good beachfront hotel. Good service and food. Nice size rooms, clean and comfortable beds. Direct access to the infinity pool through the balcony is definitely a plus. However, the gym definitely needs upgrading. Very old machines and free weights. C'mon!nNeverthess, I recommend staying at Essenza due to the excellent location, quality, and service.

Wifi does not work, extremely PoornBathroom was provided with a seat with blood and feces stains. Bad manager with little respect mentioned they tried cleaning it before, this mean they knew about it and the management thinks it’s ok to provide a room like that.nOur new room has broken appliances, broken and stained furniturenPool is dirty and housing thousand of larvae bugsnnThis is an expensive hotel, and I strongly recommend to not visit it
