Very good hotel. Big and comfortable family rooms (one double bed and two single beds). Good shower. Very silent air conditioner. Near the natural hot water pools (Parque das Fontes).

Terrible attendance, bad food, bad mattress. Get away from this hotel.

Great location, good pools, but too noisy. I mean noise that could be avoided, all comes from the excessive number of loudspeakers all over the place. I found it stressful to be in the pool (marvelous pool, by the way) with extremely loud music. The Hot Park is o much fun, but the loudspeakers with music or from the gym teachers caused me a headache, too loud. The cook is excellent, the dietitian is great and the staff very good.Gde local, otimas piscinas, ( piscinas maravilhosas) mas o barulho que vem dos alto-falantes e microfones eh insuportavel, musica em volume muito alto. O Hot Park seria otimo para curtir se nao fossem o microfone dos professores de ginastica e a musica extremamente alta dos alto falantes.
