Used to be a good hotel but the service provided has decreased sharply... the staff is not very polite, the price is absurd and they didn't tell the guests that their pool and sauna were close for repairs!... Hope they fix it otherwise they will loose clients

Got very good deal for staying.. it’s nice hotel with bar and restaurant.. and you can see whole city from the hotel in case you are on higher floor.. staff is helpful and more important speak English!!.. room size is decent ... breakfast spread is decent and hotel offers valet parking service... it’s located in nice locality and there are some places to visit close by ... I enjoyed my stay there and definitely go back and stay there in future...

Even though I specifically booked a room with a double bed, when I got there I was sent to a room with a single bed, no previous warning. As I go back to reception and ask about the bed, I'm told bookings are only a request for bed but the hotel is entitled to provide what I booked or not. Never heard about that in the hospitality business, but as they didn't have a room with a double bed and I was in a business trip checking in really late after a hard day at work, I had to stay.
