Positive: Very good infrastructure: good beach volleyball court, two tennis courts, heated swimming pool, bow and arrow. The staff is friendly. The bathroom and the rooms have a good size. Negative: the staff could be more helpful. For instance, once I asked for the food they had just removed from the serving table and they said that the time was up and I couldn't eat. In another instance I asked them to bring beers that was being served in the buffet to the beach volleyball area and they said I needed to pick them myself. One of the beds in the room was by the wall where the curtain was, and to close the black out I needed to move the bed.

The one positive is a terrific location and amenities (Very Nice Clay tennis courts).nnThere was No International or English speaking television. No electrical outlets available to charge electronics without unplugging lamps or other fixtures.nnThey maintenance (cleaning and grounds did not seem to understand that people on vacation do not like to get up at 6AM because they were hammering on something outside of our door at this time.nnI debate on if I would return and if I did, it would be in the High Season in hopes that they were running smoother.

Very good location and friendly staff but food needs serious improvement. Especially with the prices charged.
