The 1-3 star comments are the ones that give a fair assessment of the hotel. I feel that the 4-5 star comments must be from inexperienced or very easygoing travelers.nnI must add that lobby and bar staff are really prone to lie to your face due to their unwillingness to meet simple requests, like providing a second room key for your spouse, another clean glass, or actually call maintenance for your room phone.nnRooms have thin walls. You hear *everything* from next doors and hallways and the opposite must be true. Bathrooms, if I can call them that, are remarkably weird (little privacy / no clear boundaries with the rest of the room) and expose at lot to the hallway if the room door is open.nnPool area is nice; however, the pool water felt somewhat sticky... yuck.

Great value. Nice pools. Nice rooms. Food at pool reasonable. Reservations & checkout very slow

It is close to the airport and falls. The room is very large but it had a heavy smell of mold. The breakfast was good and diversified but the restaurant had a depressive artificial light, no natural light and it gave us a strange feeling.

Good for a quick stay if you are going to have a long fly stop or if you are going to visit the falls or other places around. Enjoy the pool and the nature around the hotel. Food buffet is not 5 stars but it is good flavor.

The incredibly thin walls both to the bathroom and corridor really ruins the experience. No privacy or sleep, even though other things are good.
