Terribly disappointed about this Consulate dealing with small requests of Swiss citizens in Brazil.nAfter 10 days dealing with their addressed Doctors to organise my HIV medication, which Brazil does not provide, I could organise from my Doctor to send them to me from Switzerland to Brazil. But to do so, I needed only a confirmation written by the Consulate in case the Brazilian authorities doubt about something.nNo chance... After chasing a lot of documents needed to send the medicaments to Brazil, they are not willing to help in any situation. Their doctors, paid by Swiss income tax payers, don't even give an orientation, neither want to move their fingers.nFor a country like Switzerland, it seems that they work like Brazilians...nShame

Péssimo atendimento, a atendente responde as perguntas com má vontade e desdem, chega a ser frustrante ter que tirar duvidas com uma pessoa que não demonstra 1 pingo de simpatia, orienta mal e repete sempre que deve-se olhar no site, mesmo que não achemos as informações estejam claras.

Consulado muito eficiente. O Patrick é muito atencioso e paciente. Estão de parabéns!
