A very beautiful church in the center of Porto Alegre. I visited it during the afternoon. It was lovely. If you like this kind of architecture, I do recommend a visit.

This cathedral reminds the Sacre Coeur from Paris, because situated on the hill and has a long stairs which lead to inside it, also because of white colour of walls. Inside this is more ascetic and no so big as it looks from outside. But very recommended to visit together with our sightseeing in Porto Alegre.

This superb church reminded me of a lovely church in central Lisbon and I would not be surprised if it was based upon it design. Imposing staircase leading up to its nave and unusual altar consisting of a big white and blue wooden stair and saints.

One of Porto Alegre's most iconic churches, has a beautiful staircase at the front with a beautiful nave inside a must visit
