Well, I rented the car at Porto Alegre airport. The staff was really friendly and they really know what they are doing. Localiza Hertz was quite careful when they hired their staff and they have staff members who speak different languages so you won't find yourself in trouble for not speaking Portuguese - excellent!!!nAs part of my trip was traveling to Caxias do Sul, I had to return the car at the local office. Let's say service was okay here. The attendants were friendly, but made some mistakes as they closed my contract - just lack of attention. We would've left the office with the wrong bill had we not reviewed it carefully before we walked out of the store. However, they sorted it out quickly. So, I can't give the local store a bad score. Our experience was really good in general.

Me lograram na localiza. Dei meu carro e peguei um fluence.. No entanto o vendedor de cônchavo com um garajista que iria ficar com o carro, avaliaram e condenaram meu carro, jogando o preço lá pra baixo. Posteriormente encontrei o garajista que me disse que com 50 reais arrumou o carro e que o problema não era o cabeçote do motor como eles mesmo tinham dito. Agiram de total má fé. infelizmente não tenho como reaver o dinheiro. Mas nunca me esqueci deste episódio.
