The hotel is very good and confortable, but there is a problem, is the locate, far way of the Gramado town city, is necessary transportation for every things out of the build.

It is located outside of gramado. If you need to grap a beer at downtown, you can use Uber service with almost 30 reals.nI stayed 3 days. the staff in check in counter was very slow. and the room was dirty. there's several hairs not mine. It was disgusting! I chose this place because of high grade. I told one of the maid lady about this situation and requested to change it. she seems not happy. but she didn't came to change it, so I had to tell again and again and again. finally, the maid lady came to my room to change and open the new bed sheet wrapped with plastic bag, meaning washed, in front of me. but she throw the plastic bag in my room.nI thinks it just mistake.nbut at night when I tried to take a shower, I saw the towel with hairs, still not mine, with well folded at the shelf of bathroom. It was disgusting experience.nI ordered room sevice, and takes more 30 minutes. but the food was not warm enough, I have to give my kid this cold food.nnI can't believe this place is 4.5 star hotel with many branches in the world.
