International travelers should be aware that the hotel does not provide a clothes iron for use. You must use their dry cleaning/pressing service (note this service is not available on Sunday).nnOtherwise the hotel is nice. Staff is friendly and front desk all speak fluent English.nnFeedback to hotel: the sleeping rooms smell musty but the beds are very comfortable.
Clean and modern hotel with friendly staff, breakfast and fast internet. Highly recommended.
Great hotel but breakfast and room service has to improve....
The AC is actually a fan (see photo), so room was hot. Internet was extremely slow... Can't be that difficult to fix both things. Rooms are old and need renovation but clean.
Facilitated a class here for a client and have stayed twice over the past month. The hotel is nice. The staff is friendly and helpful. I was able to get by in English with no problem. There is a nice breakfast buffet daily with a wise choice of foods. Having stayed for two weeks I did not get tired of it. The 8th floor also has a nice VIP area with 24x7 coffee, tea and water as well as a limited breakfast selection in the morning. For international road warriors let me help set expectations. This is not a Marriott and it's not the concierge lounge but it is a nice, friendly place to stay.
