I had a booking and tried to cancel over 3 months ago. Since then the company promises to refund but only gives excuses. Communication have been misleading and confusing. Did not get my money back so far. horrible treatment to clients. Very dishonest. Please travellers I really hope you consider a competitor so to avoid what I am going through. It's really sad to such a dishonest behaviour from a company.

Staff were really nice and accommodating. Gym was great for a quick workout. Pool was also fun. Great experience overall!

Excellent Service. Great breakfast. Central location . Staff is very helpful including the Concierge Carlos.

This is a convenient hotel with great views and delicious breakfast. A glass of Champagne is available during check in. The breakfast is not only tasty but also has a lot of variety. Front desk staffs are very knowledgeable and professional. Dont forget to check out the fitness center. The sauna/steam room is very relaxing.

My wife and I stayed here for just one night while in the São Paulo area visiting her family. This hotel had a really beautiful room and the staff exceeded my expectations when it came to the check-in and check-out process. Not only did they have chocolate covered strawberries in my room when I requested it online while making the reservation, they also had a beautiful red rose laid on the bed for my wife. After check-out L’Hotel PortoBay held on to our luggage so we could go next door and do some shopping. We will come back to L’Hotel PortoBay São Paulo next trip to Brazil to visit the wife’s family no doubt.
