What a wonderful experience at this expertly managed, iconic property. It has everything that one could want in a city property! Great service - including daily refreshed amenities. The breakfast is excellent; food and service is amazing. Hotel Manager, Rafaela, is an expert. Her staff is very experienced. Always pleasant and welcoming and helpful. Rooms are beautiful. This hotel worths more than 5 stars for sure. Very nice location, walking distance to shops and restaurants. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

During the pandemic crisis, the hotel does not follow international rules of security. The workers may choose to use masks or not.

Lovely hotel. Beautiful rooms, decent sized bathrooms. Small gym, but never crowded. Excellent breakfast. Great location, in the middle of a very popular area. Would return again. Photo of their private function room.

Be alert about this hotel’s “policy”:nYou are not allowed to have guests or fellow hotel guests/family members allowed inside your room! You have to meet in the lobby. I have booked a room for 2 people and our guest was refused 10 min entrance inside our room. Even after I’d offered to pay a room for our guest, reception said our guest STILL being a fellow hotel guest is not allowed to visit our room because we have booked a room for 2. In order for us to have a guest for coffee we have to book a room for 3 people and pay for 3 regardless if the 3rd person sleeps there or not. In other words our 1 guest needs to pay for a room for him/her occupied by 1 person but charged at the rate of 3 occupants in order for us to visit his/her room, although we were fellow guests of the hotel. The policy prohibits any other access into the room whether the guest register at reception or not, and if we want to have guests or family members for coffee we need to book a room in advance for the amount of people who might visit us and pay accordingly, regardless if they set food inside our room or not. So be advised about this hotel’s policy which was never available upon request.
