Buzios Beach Resort

The infrastructure is great, but could be better taken care of. Somethings at the pool were broken or being fixed. Also, the hotel should make a better effort to educate the guests on several things such as, no food in the pool, trash should be thrown in The trash or recycling bins, but no recycling bins were available...considering the amount of plastic that is used this is ridiculous.The staff was outstanding, attentive and friendly! The place is nice, just a few small changes would make it so much better! I do realize that the hotel was recently purchased by another company, hopefully the new business will renovate and make needed changes.

Bad food, bad service, bad rooms, no internet, dirty pool ... BAD EXPERIENCE

Poor customer relations, until I spoke directly to the guest services director.nCheck-in was pure chaos, and took over 45mins.nThe breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffet was sub par.nInconvenient, and inadequate parking facility.nMy room was spacious, but had mold in the bathroom, and on the curtains!nNo 110v options on any of the outlets!nYou get the feeling that the hotel is more of a kid friendly resort, as the majority of activities and entertainment were geared towards kids.nVery disappointing for the price I paid!

It is an amazing place. I would like to go back soon.

Amazing place. Drinks from 10 to 7 for free. Amazing buffet all you can eat. Nice staff. Awesome pool. Very complete with many activities. Very family oriented.
