Well, the location is fair, despite the penetrating smell of fish from the market right next to it, especially in the afternoon. The breakfast service was wonderful and the all the staff was excellent, but the front desk. The shower was really old as much as the building itself. I recommend it because of price and location, but be warned.

Very interestingly-located hotel, right on the water. Great outdoor patio area to watch ships and other sea vessels go by while you enjoy a meal (or just a coffee), or while you sunbathe by the pool. Rooms are fairly sizeable, but could do with some minor renovations/upgrades. Stafff are very friendly and incredibly helpful.
