The staff is very friendly as well the hotel is new and clean. The downside is there's no free parking.

I only can tell about the venue and the meeting rooms, where we had our book singing. The staff was very friendly, rooms were clean and had air conditioning. Has a nice terrace as well. You can find bathrooms easily and accessible for people with disabilities.

Very disappointed with my stay - do not believe the stars it has received. It might have been better in the past but it is clearly suffering from bad management. You can definitely find better options in Rio for the same price, I canceled my stay here after a few days and went to another hotel. Some points to mention: -Location is very bad (40-50 mins driving to centre, expect to pay 80-90 BRL per way) -Hotel does not seem to have money for maintenance, a lot of things are broken and are not getting fixed; the window in my room couldn't close, the safe in my room wasn't working, water in the toilet wouldn't flush -Rooms are dirty; I found plenty of hairs in my room from previous guests, toilet was not properly cleaned -Cleaning lady does not replace towels or clean anything, just makes up the bed -Bad smell in the rooms, the rooms have a problem with ventilation -Breakfast is very unhealthy and of poor quality. Expect nothing fresh.
