This is not a typical hotel. You will find comfortable apartment type rooms, with kitchen, fridge and small living room/dining room. Not luxurious, but ok. Good service for the price. Good breakfast. Has a small pool. Location is far from Sao Paulo main avenues and downtown area.

It's an old hotel. The elevator takes too much time to close the door. The grouting of the bathroom walls is too thick. The pool of the hotel is outside small and freezing. The breakfast is simple. The only good thing is the size of the room, that is enormous. The location is in a neighborhood that doesn't have near by subway.

This is where we always stay when we come to Sao Paulo on our regular trips to Brazil. *Ask for a room in the back; the front rooms are noisy with traffic. The restaurant offers a free buffet breakfast with lots of options. Dinners can be charged to your room. The grilled fish is wonderful! Rooms are roomy and clean and configured nicely. Kitchen is more than adequate for light meals with a deli just down the block. The street is very busy so keep your eyes open when crossing. Room service during restaurant hours. Very helpful and pleasant front desk. Have your translate app ready~ this is a primarily Portuguese speaking establishment. I'd stay here again
