Vvery comfortable beds, great jacuzzi and breakfast, and very nice staff :)

We booked the tree house for our trip in January 2018. I am writing this review only now as I was ill then and had a brain tumour. We arrived with our small daughter. Neither I nor our daughter could climb the stairs to the tree house as they require strength. In the tree house there is only a dry toilet that my daughter and ourselves saw poo in. We went to the beach and our daughter was terrified to go back. We returned and explained that we could not stay. We had been told we had to deposit 1400 Brazilian Reais to them before arrival, which I did. They then became abusive and offensive when we asked for this money back. Myself and my daughter werr crying. My husband tried to peacefully resolve the situation but we had to leave with no place to go, losing 1400 Reais. We had no money to feed our daughter. Via whatsapp I begged for our money back, to be told that KARMA would get me, money wasn't important and to be grateful someone like me had a nice husband. I did what any mother would do. My daughter couldn't stay there and after the insults, neither could I .they blocked me on whatsapp. After 3 hours of searching, with a hungry, tired child, we found a hotel in town with a room. Ubatuba is always busy, book a trustworthy hotel. This was horrendous. Avoid like the plague. I give them 0/5 but it's not an option.

O local pode até ser bonito, mas caso precise cancelar sua reserva (mesmo sendo feita com cancelamento gratuito) você terá sérios problemas pois a dona enrola e não devolve o dinheiro. Por esse motivo, antes de reservar tenha a mais absoluta de que não precisará cancelar. Caso contrário será lesado.
