I have been taking various animals here for about 10 years now (lots of cats, a few hamsters and a dog), and the staff from reception, the assistants and the vets have always been courteous, polite and helpful. I had a dog emergency last year and they helped him right away, after I was turned away at a closer vet (Stafford), relieving Charlie’s distress and my own. I just sent an email through their website asking to book an appointment for a new kitty friend who has shown up on my property for his first shots, and in less than a minute, a nice, professional young lady named Ashley called me back. They always make clients feel welcomed and valued.

Wonderful as always. They really put mind at ease when I bring in my pup and I'm worried. Excellent care. The staff are wonderful and I can tell they really love my goofy little guy, and he loves them.

DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE when you agree to be a vet you should care about your animals and their life! You take them and try to save them. MY DOG IS ON THE VERGE OF DEATH she fell and is 16. We had an appointment to try and save her and we took a few minutes deciding if we wanted to go there or not due to the fact that we wouldn’t be allowed inside with her. Once we decided to go we went to the door and refused to take her because we were 5 minutes late for our appoitment. We called and begged them to take our dog who is about to die: they refused. They have no heart they should care to save an innocent and sweet animal like my dog who deserves to be saved. She is the most gentle dog in the world and they turned their back on her and left her to die. We are now driving 5 hours to Montreal and don’t know if she will make it. If she dies I will never forgive this vet they had a chance to save her life and now she is in a lot of pain. I hope she makes it I love her so much 😢❤️

As always great and caring service! Maggie has been a patient of PAH for a decade now. Thanks for all you do as it helps us also that Maggie's health is well looked after!
