CAT KILLER WITHOUT MERCY !!! 😭 Sloppy operation, they killed my cat My 1 year old cat went for a general exam, he is in great health I am told Castration planned for the same week and 4 days after his operation he died in our arms to me and my children No support from the veterinary clinic I call urgently because my cat is dying and I am told that I must wait until the next afternoon before consulting knowing full well that they have neutered him a few days before In fact, he was doing well before coming into their hands, I had a perfectly healthy cat and after his visit to the vet he died. I am speechless about the poor customer service in this business Without words to see that they don't give a damn about our animals, they are clearly there for the money and not for the right reasons I simply asked to be reimbursed for the operation that killed my cat, which for me is the minimum they can do, because this amount will never repair the after-effects that we have ... Think carefully before doing business with them because after paying they don't give a damn what happens

I had excellent service from this clinic for my boiling mare. My usual veterinarian could not move, I contacted the Donnacona clinic and I managed to have a consultation 2 days later. The vet and her assistant were great, really. They answered my questions and were reassuring, I really appreciated. No delay, moreover, on their part. I am really very satisfied and my mare is doing very well. A huge thank you!
