Ramada by Wyndham Brooks

Kailey at the front desk is so helpful and you can tell she really cares about the guests. She gave us some terrific recommendations on what to see around Brooks! She made our stay so enjoyable and truly went above and beyond! Clean hotel and kids had a great time at the pool and water slide.

So I am staying at the Ramada(dec 18th) in brooks I forgot my internet cable so I figure easy fix i contact the front desk talk to the lady at the front desk tells me there's one in the room I say no but I will have another look no cable so I call back it seemed like I was really disturbing her for a simple internet cable that is in most every hotel i stay in so now after a long drive I am headed out to buy a cable are hotels not supposed to help you with the emenedies from home when you forget little things well not at the ramada oh ya I forgot then she knocks on the door and gives me a broken one like ok I really need a broken cable crazy won't be back there. Lots of other great hotels in brooks

Very clean hotel, excellent service. Kailey was amazing!

Had a lot of issues with AC units working and rooms are not clean to my standards, it is an older hotel could use some updates but overall the staff went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable, I do suggest checking your room first to make sure you are happy with it. The gym is 5 stars, unfortunately no hot breakfast due to COVID so can’t comment there, they do give out breakfast bags at least but I haven’t tried them.

Nice hotel. The pool was great. We were put on the first floor, I was worried it would be close to the entry and loud but their rooms start after the pool which is pretty far back. We had a baby with us and a bassinet for her to sleep, traveling with so much stuff we were ecstatic to find our room had it's own exterior door to load and unload so easy.
