Extremely satisfied for the full house exterior painting performed by the Elite Trade Painting crew, this past Aug 2020. Fair pricing, great work. Felt compelled to provide a review, as the service - from initial consult with owner Chris, to coordination/scheduling/communication with office manger Allie, right on through to the completion of the job - was a very positive experience, beyond my expectations. It was the first time painting the exterior in 7+ years of owning the house, and the before and after (considering how much the sun beats down on the SW facing front) is night and day. Many positive comments from neighbors as well. What may seem like little things, like a thorough post-job follow up (where a few minor deficiencies were spotted; totally understandable given the scale of the job), and a 1-month follow up on satisfaction, really exceeded my expectations. I had my railings painted last August and they have since peeled everywhere. I'm selling my house in January so I contacted Elite to see what could be done, and Chris brushed me off and said to follow up in the New Year. Very unprofessional and won't be using them again or recommending.

I required my interior trim , doors and casing repainted due to an insurance claim. Requesting a quote and arranging a time was easy and the general manager was professional. He came prepared with the right tools to provide a quote for the services I required. The quote was provided within 24 hours for my ~650 sqft apartment. The crew was on-time, worked continuously and were very professional all day and worked around the contents of my home to complete the work. I was also working from home during the job and had no significant interruptions. They cleaned up after themselves and did not leave a mess for me to pick-up after. The quality of the work is evident and I would gladly hire Elite Trade again for future painting.
