I always look forward to seeing the staff at Lifemark. They are cheerful, efficient, and professional. I have had back issues on and off for the last 15 years. This time around I knew I had to stick to a longer game plan. I have been going to Lifemark Chestermere for physiotherapy for the last 4 months and have had great results. Arash Roozdar has honestly been the best physiotherapist I have worked with. He has encouraged me when I felt like I was regressing and has helped me create an exercise plan that works for me. This will always be the first place I recommend to anyone who needs to go the physiotherapy route.

I am very pleased with the care that Maddie provided in the physio therapy sessions I attended. She always explained what was happening with each new exercise. From the first session to the last I could feel the change in my left leg with the exercises. Every week I felt such improvement. She recommended I continue with the exercises to improve my balance and strength. Joy

I cannot begin to explain how wonderful Arash is at life mark. My daughter broke her elbow, radial head bone and tore her ligament. He was so knowledgeable in sports injury. He was patient and and gentle, yet got the job done. Her arm is fully functioning because of him. He also noted some other issues and injuries that the doctors at ACH missed. He is definitely a 5+!

I had an excellent experience starting with the receptionist. When it comes to Maddle my physiotherapist, she is very professional, very up to date with the cutting edge technology to assist her profession. She is so understanding, respectful and knows what she is doing. Her follow up is amazing and I was cured from my pain in a short period. I definitely highly recommend Maddle if someone looks for a real professional Physiotherapist.

I had Arash as my physiotherapist. He was so friendly and professional. I have TMJ from a car accident many years ago. The troubles I was having were incessant and chronic. Not only did he work closely with me for a few weeks but he gave me exercises I could do at home on my own. It will never be cured but I’m able to focus on avoiding things that worsen it and hopefully at least strengthen the surrounding muscles to make the pain less frequent. I’ll recommend Arash and this clinic to everyone!!
