Extremely knowledgeable, helpful, genuine staff... Reception is friendly and professional. I highly recommend St. Albert Sturgeon Medical Centre. Candace goes above and beyond as a therapist. She is very patient with me and my many concerns, and the professional attention she gives me is exceptional. She provides practical and easy to follow exercises to help in my recovery. I would strongly recommend Candace and the Clinic to everyone.

After being in a motor vehicle accident in the summer James was my physio therapist and was very thorough and knowledgeable with my type of injury. He was always positive and helpful with my questions and reassured me that with exercise and physio I should expect 100% recovery. His guidance and working on my injury during treatment, progress was made weekly. I feel the clinic was very safe and had gets the highest mark for covid safety and processes in place to ensure the clinic is safe. If ever the need for physio again, I would 100% go back to this clinic and I still use their massage therapist for my monthly massages.

My 11 year old sustained a knee injury while playing soccer. The whole experience at the clinic was fantastic. Their COVID procedures were excellent and the clinic was spotless. The front staff were pleasant and helpful. Her physio James Dean was very knowledgeable and kind. My child felt like he really listened to her and explained things well so she fully understood. I especially appreciate the written exercise plan with attached videos. I'd have no hesitation in recommending this clinic to anyone needing physio services.

Amazing medical service. Would give 6/5 stars if I could. You'll get an immediate sense of family and empathy in equal measures. And most important, physically I'm incomparably better than before I found Active Physio.

James Dean is a highly skilled experienced therapist who had a real understanding of my running injuries as he is an athlete as well. I am thrilled to run pain free again.
