Signs saying 'We will not tolerate rude customers', does this mean the staff are allowed to be as rude as they want? May 5 @ 11:00 this young girl behind the counter was as rude as she wanted to be. I don't have the option to refuse service like the sign says, but as a harmless little old man what kind of recourse is afforded to me?

The people behind the counter i have nothing rude to say about them they are very helpful. The company organization its self is hands down one of the worst companies i have ever had to deal with. Can't deliver a package to save their life. I will never NEVER deal with them ever again if humanly possible.

Expensive to ship anything. Staff wasnt very pleasant.

The people behind the counter in sylvan are helpful and nice. But Canada post as a organization is a joke. Tracking is useless, nobody has answers and trying to deal with them on the phone is a waste of time.

People behind the counter are very unfriendly and quite rude. They have alright shipping prices.
