Shoppers Drug Mart

Regular customer here. I have a legitimate health reason to not wear a mask, but was still refused service by a rude young man insisting I will not be helped until I wore one. So be warned: having a medical condition means nothing here and you will be forced to go against your doctors advice.

I have been going to Paul's store about 18 years now, I can not remember having poor service at Shoppers even before when Paul's father Joe owned the store. I was a client of another pharmacy and was waiting for the pharmacist to get off the phone patently ,when he hung the phone up he turned to me and said " What the F### do you want ?" I replied Just wanted to transfer my scripts and my wife's across to Shoppers . And never been to another drug store since. "GREAT SERVICE ,POLITE SERVICE, VERY CARING PERSONNEL THAT WILL GO THAT EXTRA MILE FOR THE CUSTOMER!" Thanks Paul for the GREAT service.

I see this place is hiring again.... the first 3 points they are looking for doesn't happen in this store and dont ever try to return anything here, its better to take it to red deer and since you're already there do your shopping. The staff was far from friendly, the store is organized very poorly and the cleanliness is sub par as well. Customer service skills of the supervision and the staff was horrible to the point of rude with a theyre better than you complex. The only good thing about this store is that the staff has chased away enough businessl, that you can get through the checkout in only half of an hour.

I was told to sign a Recurring Credit Card Authorization Form for some medical product I intend to purchase. I am not comfortable with signing a recurring payment agreement, instead, I authorized an one time credit card payment in writing. I was told, "unfortunately" my written authorization letter does not meet "Shoppers National requirement for fraud prevention" . After weeks of communication to place this medical order, they cancelled it without even notify me. How ridiculous this is. Luckily there is a smaller vendor able to fill in and provide a delivery within timely manner. Otherwise I would stuck with them and being forced to sign something I am not willing to. Sign before you read. I just do not understand why they did what they do.
