Creekside Remedy's Rx Pharmacy

Had a negative interaction with the pharmacist/Hayat. It would be much appreciated if she softens her tone of voice and learn some appropriate greeting such as please and thank you when talking to the clients. Sometime people don't feel comfortable when you ask them about their race or ethnicity in public. Be professional and don't intrude people's privacy.

This review is only referring to;Hayat, and the male staff at this time. Hayat is wonderful, and so are all the Guys that work there.Hayat is super nice and she helps me and my mom for all our prescriptions, she always makes me laugh even when I got my flu shot done there and she smells like flowers. Kester knows everything about any medicine you could need and he is also super friendly and kind to me and my mom. Khalid and his brother Tariq are great and very handsome ♥ 😊😄I really like the new man pharmacist to because he is great to. He is a wonderful person. The two new ladies there aren't very friendly and they look grumpy all the time. Hayat should show them how to treat people because she is just the best. I also really miss kester. From: Aria W

Fantastic! Love this place! Well worth switching to this pharmacy!!! I started popping by when Creekside first opened to ask questions about all kinds of prescriptions and interactions, just general concerns really and Kester always had a smart, decisive answer to every question on the spot so based on his customer service I made the switch to this pharmacy even though I had moved to Calgary and had a pharmacy close to my home(could never deliver the same level of service as Creekside if they tried) every time I continued to get my meds it was nice, always Kester so I didn't have a bunch of pharmacists that I had to explain my needs to a bunch of different people every time (previous experience with shoppers was frustrating this way). A while later in comes Hayat, there are too many great things about this woman! I'll say I'm definitely not a morning person, and being in constant pain makes this even more noticeable, but even on my worst days Hayat turns my day around! She is kind, loving, RESPECTFUL, POLITE, super knowledgeable and all around escalated my expectations of the level of a customer service experience that I would expect from any pharmacy. Time after time she has gone out of her way to make things easier, more efficient, and actually improving her my life by taking the stress out of even something so stupid as having to argue policy with unpleasant medical insurance idiots that don't know a damn thing. I never need to ask for anything more than once, she remembers what I've forgotten more than a few times just based on my regular needs. I have a young daughter who has come in since she was born(she's now 6 years old) and she loves this pharmacy so much (because of both Kester and Hayat) that she has actually asked to have her birthday party celebrated there!! This place is a hidden gem and I think everyone should know about it! I am so impressed with the staff and the pharmacist, Hayat. This place has such a warm, welcoming environment with great customer service and has the best prices. I was paying upwards of $200+ for my prescriptions WITH my insurance at other pharmacies, but once I switched over my prescriptions over to Creekside Pharmacy I pay nothing or very little. They will really work with you and your insurance to ensure you are not paying too much out of pocket. In addition, the customer service here is top notch. You will be greeted by name and Hayat really explains everything in such great detail that is easy to understand. I've learned things from her I haven't even learned from doctors. I HIGHLY recommend you try out this pharmacy, because once you do you'll never go anywhere else.

She was as amazing and very helpful! I was in need of an air cast and she came back to the store to re open so I could get one and not have to wait a day and a half! She went above and beyond to help me!
