Shoppers Drug Mart

I took my daughters for their flu shots this evening. My oldest has an intense fear of needles and was not behaving very well despite my best efforts. The pharmacists were very understanding and helpful. At one point we had 3 (masked) pharmacists in the room helping and encouraging. Thank you for making a stressful situation easier.

The manager who is a lady with glasses is super rude. Asked a question, give to a no for answer with bad attitude. Really great customer service. Last time come to this location.

Tried booking a Covid-19 test. They were supposed to call back for an assessment. Never did. We called back to them. Took forever to get assessments done. When we showed up to get tests they had only one staff member on. He questioned why we were getting the tests done (none of your bleeping business). Wasn’t going to do it even though the wife is a teacher and the Alberta health sight says teachers should have tests done regularly. I waited for ever for the test. Not sure it will get done at this pace. Don’t book times if you don’t have staff. Be professional and have tests and paper work ready when they arrive. Complete gong show. One of the worst locations because of horrible management from Ashley. Was in line to purchase an item for early release but manager was not there so her cashier took our numbers. I called later as soon as she was in which she told me there was no stock but THEN she called the person who was behind me in line 5 min later to tell him to come quick to pick up the item(she without knowing me and the guy behind had exchanged numbers prior). I had a previous run in with Ashley due to not being happy with receiving a product on time but that shouldn't justify the unprofessionalism of acting this way.

Called and booked covid test showed up the next day for my appointment and they said I'm not in the system and I don't have an appointment. I would not come here. EVER. I needed to know the test results before I left on a trip and now they just screwed it all up.
