I live in Winnipeg, MB and was desperately looking for the round fruit pillows for my brother in Australia. When looking on the website, they were showing “discontinued”. I started phoning stores all around Canada and luckily spoke with Jayme Mackow-Bechard, the Store Manager. She was one of the sweetest, kindness people I have ever came across! She said she would look for me and get back to me. She did!!! Not just once, but a couple of times to let me know she was working on trying to find me 4 pillows! Well, she did and she sent them to the store in Winnipeg for me! I can’t thank her enough!! I can’t wait to see my brothers face when I give them to him, whenever the “world opens” and it’s all thanks to Jayme! I know she is a very busy lady, but she took the time to search these out for me and to keep contacting me to let me know she didn’t forget! I can’t thank her enough!! What a wonderful lady!!! THANK YOU!!!!

Was just here to purchase a new laptop. The associate who helped me (Ron) was amazing. He was able to listen to my needs, wants and recommend a laptop that fit within my budget. I had been to Best Buy earlier in the day, and they tried to up-sell me, and Ron never made me feel pressured to go outside my price range. The other employee I interacted with was also incredibly friendly. Thank you for making my experience here a positive one! I try to come to this London Drugs whenever I shop because it is much larger and cleaner than the one in my area.

My first visit to this store today and I have to say the best customer service I have had in a very long time great job, The staff helped me find what I was looking for and to my surprise I also found Yorkshire gold tea . my favorite , great job I will be back for sure.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience today at the electronics counter - I wish I had gotten the name of the employee! We were looking for information on cameras, and the gentleman was so helpful to us. I could really understand his passion for cameras and photography, and felt as though I was getting sincere information from him. We ended up getting a camera at Costco (it was one not available at this London Drug), however, I would not have known that it was a camera worth buying without his expertise. Thank you so much again!
