I have never encountered any issues while living here the last 4 years. The staff are always friendly and helpful with a smile to greet you when you walk in.

Absolutely terrible, the staff just excell at being awkward and stubborn jobsworths. They seem to get a kick out of being obtuse. The whole Canada post system is antiquated and like something out of the 1960s and not fit for purpose. A town like carstairs needs to be serviced properly, if you order something on amazon for example, you get an email notification to alert you the item was delivered to the carstairs post office at 9am, when go to pick it up at 12pm, they tell you it’s not there yet and come back later. It is there, they just can’t be bothered to sort through everything to find it. This is 2018 Canada post, move with the times.
