The team at this post office are by huge margin the best Canada Post team I've ever seen. They're incredibly helpful, efficient and kind.

The ladies in the office are great, but the delivery person is not. My mail and packages keep being delivered to someone else... how hard is it to read an address?

Much like Kristyne I have had similar issues with the one of the ladies at this location. Rude and unprofessional seem to sum it up fairly. So much so that I take my business to Gail in Canoe when I can as she is amazing and friendly. (Not to mention I get my shipments in and out faster in Canoe). Glad to see the newer gents in Salmon Arm are helpful and actually have a smile on their faces.
