I am so lucky to have Pals with Paws (Sue and her team) in my and my fur babies life. Just got back from there and once again Sues compassion and generosity have moved me to tears. I’d have given her a big hug if I could have ( boo covid ) She is always there to answer my many questions and to work with my schedule and the needs of my pets. Very knowledgeable and experienced. She is always patient, loving and really takes that extra time to spoil and woo my dogs and cats to make them feel comfortable, something you don’t get from a large scaled vet clinic. So from Maryellen, Dozer and Dennis we thank you, we love you and don’t know what we’d do without you

The WORST vet I have ever experienced. My dog was extremely ill and under great distress when she was examined by Sue who sent me home with steroid medication treatment, a $700.00 vet bill, and my dog passed away 2 hours later on my living room in front of 4 distraught children. She is the coldest most insensitive care giver who claims to be a professional, yet could not tell my dog was literally dying in her care. She was however concerned about having her sunglasses on and shading herself with the small umbrella and broken table set up outside her office while my second dog and I baked in 34 degree heat waiting 4 hours for her to determine my dog needed steroids and not euthanasia. When my dog began convulsing and gasping for air 40 minutes after leaving her office I tried calling the office but the office did not answer and there was no after hours phone number or help line contact listed on my $700 vet bill or Pals with Paws website. I absolutely CAUTION pet owners in need of any type of care but especially critical care for their beloved pets in distress......BEWARE of protocols offered at this business and seek treatment from a true professional veterinary “CARE” giver!

We have been taking our animals to pals with paws for years and have been very happy with their services and demeanor, highly recommend.

I cant even begin to Express how grateful my family is for Dr. Sue and her team she was able to save our dog's life when he had a unknown infection she was so compassionate with Jax as well as myself the care they gave Jax well he was there during the week for treatment was amazing ❤ Thank you again Dr Sue we will be forever grateful ❤

Staff was kind and understanding with my Shiba Inu who can be very difficult at the vet
