Lost Lake

More like lost trail 😁. Loads of snow. Bring snow shoes.

Lost Lake is smaller than neighboring Blue Gentian Lake but still quite nice. The hike in is not too far but steady incline from the residential area trailhead. Needless to say, the hike back is much easier. The lake is still frozen with snow all around in April and maybe later.

Absolutely beautiful, went here a few weeks ago, lovely walk that can be extended to further trails or just around the lake. There is a cafe but it wasn’t open at this time of year. Only 1/3 toilets open. Very cute area called proposal corner but other areas are prettier.
