Beautiful BC surely describes this hike in West Vancouver. Varied terrain with a ton of BC logging history throughout. Views of first growth forest stumps along the entire route remind you of how large and truly breathtaking these amazing specimens would of been. In the fall the trail is quite wet so be sure to have good footwear. Have to mention I have never seen so many water features in one place.

Great trail. Bridge on the brothers creek trail is out so you need to go to list lake to complete the loop. Plenty of snow over that stretch right now.

Lots of mud going deeper into the trail and lots of snow getting closer to Blue Gentian Lake and Lost Lake. Those are my favourite kinds of hikes :)

Great hike once you find your way past the west van maze of streets. The trail to the East is a wide gentle uphill that is still up a mountain side, but reasonable most hikers. If you head to any of the paths to the west you will have a more fun and challenging journey. The trails up the mountain generally follow ravines with beautiful spots to enjoy. Lots of roots and mud, but really well kept. There are a few puddles that are mislabeled as lakes once you cross the boundary into cypress park. We saw a few dogs and off the wide fire access path every one appeared experienced. I would recommend, but it will get cold and snowy higher up with many slippery spots next to cliff edges.

A great place to hike - there is a small waterfall only a short hike away. Much of the beginning of this trail is gravel service road, but it gets more challenging/interesting further in. Street parking only - this was no challenge on a weekday morning. There is a fire hydrant on the street that is partially hidden by brush, so watch for that! By the afternoon, it was a little busier but still lots of street parking very close to the trailhead. West Vancouver allows you to park in residential neighborhoods for up to 6 hours. The smaller Brothers Creek trail loop is able to be completed. There is a missing bridge for the larger loop, and you will need to detour via Lost Lake or cross the creek on foot.
