Very big warehouse. They have some unused space. So companies can sign new contracts with them for their shipping needs. Staff is very polite. This location have less staff.

The co-workers and staff there are nice and respectful, true canadian values in a company. Clean facility, Easy work environment, and they distribute to main local retailers nice to see what's hitting the shelves before they strike. I gave 3 stars because not all the supervisors conduct themselves in a respectable manner. Just because your supervisor doesn't mean you can treat people like trash.

We recently had a very pleasant dealing with Ellen Liu for our importing goods from China. Ellen is very quick to respond, answer all our questions promptly, gave us tips on how to clear customs, and very flexible with her time. We are very grateful for her help and her team's (Shankar & Kavita as well). The cargo arrived safe and sound, we're able to clear and pick it up with no hassle. Above all, the prices are very reasonable, so much better than other companies that we had asked quotes from. Thank you so much, Ellen and her team, for making this a very pleasant experience overall. We highly recommend this company for all your shipping needs!

Triumph Logistics, as the name suggests, is a Logistics Warehouse responsible for trans-loads and storage and shipping for companies who rent space inside the warehouse. Best Massage are an unrelated company who used to rent space and then, presumably, went bankrupt, and have nothing at all to do with the shipping and receiving warehouse that used to store their product. Both reviews below, therefore, are inaccurate as Triumph Logistics themselves have nothing to do with Best Massage or their products. That said, I've been to the warehouse, it's a busy, tightly run place with pleasant staff. Highly recommended for your storage and shipping needs.
