JPC, Jeff: THE MOST HONEST, TRUSTWORTH, PROFESSIONAL Contractor I know. I own a commercial property in downtown Vancouver, we had issues with the crawl space, Jeff came himself with tools to help us checked out the issue, then advised with his professional opinions. Most importantly, he saved us over $80,000 dollar by just offering the honest opinions!! Everything was fixed with only a few hundred box! The cooler room on top of the crawl space doesn't have a good membranes to keep the temperature consistent below the floor, so it created much fog then became liquified in the crawl space. There was lot of water in the crawl space and rottened many beams and woods. There were contractors came checking out the issue and almost made me tear down the building... because "everything was rotten that connected to other pillars that connected to the cooler that connected to the kitchen".. and quoted over $80,000 dollar, with no garantees it would be fixed. The business (tenant) has to close its door for weeks , and all that ... Jeff told me just place a heater and a fan to circulate the air to balance the temperature out, then we're all good.. so I spend few hundred dollar with a fan, heater, extension cord, the issue was fixed immediately, nice and dry there after! Jeff crawled into the space in his suits, (I believe he came from another meeting, and I didn't inform him well enough what the crawl space looks like, but he had no problem to get into that space himself and check out the issues. He also had professional equipment, a very high end extension camera looked into deeper of that space that nobody could reach, took some pictures and made sure everything was ok. He asked for no fees at the end of the day because we were introduced by a referral, he believe in helping each other out. He was very kind and trust worthy giving me more advice about how to maintain the space after. I Highly recommend him if you want to know the real stories about your construction/renovation/projects!

Jeff of JPC is the most professional and best service company I've ever seen so far. During the COVID-19, my store was broken into and damaged therefor one of my main entrance security door was bend which can not close anymore. It was so hard to find people to come and fix the door during that time because most of the company has closed due to social distance. I am so worried at that time because I've tried many different company but no reply. Fortunately Jeff was introduced to me and he sent his staff Moo immediately after I called him. They brought the door and locker for me to do the complete new installation the following day to fix my problem and eliminate my concern. To my big surprise, when I ask for the charge, Jeff doesn't even want to charge me any single penny. He just want to give me the door and locker and installation for FREE. How can you imaging that! I have never met Jeff before and why would he do such a big flavor to me. I can not believe that will happen to me. According to Jeff, he knows all small business has been through tough time during the COVID-19 therefore he wants to help us as much as he can. I feel so ashamed for not paying him so I insisted to give the money. Eventually he suggested me to donate whatever amount I wanted to the Richmond Hospital if I really insist to pay him because he knows the front line essential workers are out there to help protecting our community and they deserved for that. I followed his instruction to send the donation. I'm so impressed and touched by his action. Jeff is such a decent and humble person even until now we still have not met each other but he will still answer my question anytime when I have.
