I received excellent service from Flight Centre North Vancouver during the COVID-19 pandemic. We had several different trips cancelled due to travel shut down/restrictions and Flight Centre staff helped us receive both credits and full refunds for each ticket. This Flight Centre is centrally located on Lonsdale and my first stop anytime I’m dreaming of a getaway. I first visited this location 4 years ago when I had the pleasure of dealing with Jamie Davis a Travel Manager on duty. Jamie booked a great vacation for me that day and was amazing to work with. That trip was wonderful and since, I have referred all of my family and friends to Jamie. He has booked cruises, high end and more budget oriented trips and flights to Europe and beyond. I’ve learned that Jamie has true a love for his industry and travel, and that makes him even more knowledgeable as he has real world experience on many of the places my friends and I have visited. For my latest booking, he made dinner reservations for my partner and I away from the resort and recommended a show he had recently seen. He truly cares about you and the details of your vacation. Prior to Flight Center and Jamie, I was under the belief that booking online would be best. Nope, I’m a changed lady. Thank you Jamie and Flight Centre for making me feel like a VIP who wouldn’t think about booking anywhere else!

Came in early January of 2019, and I haven't left yet! Just a fabulous job and a great team. Booked my travel on a safari to Africa with Intrepid. Managed to build in a two day stop over in Paris then on my return flight a stop in Amsterdam!

We have been supported by Flight Centre for many overseas vacations and have had excellent assistance. The office we use is the Lonsdale Branch. Our travel agent is Dilnavaz Kayani and she has provided invaluable support over the years. Most notably she helped us rearrange our return home when we had a death in the family. She was able to decrease our stress dramatically. We turn to her for our travel needs and are always pleased with the arrangements she has made for us. The service we have received has been exceptional and we highly recommend this travel agency and Dilvanaz!
