Absolutely wonderful experience. My friends and I were doing a trip from Deep Cove to Twin Islands and Deep Cove Rentals was all sold out. I got in touch with Dave and I'm so glad I did. Not only were the rates cheaper, but Dave helped me put the kayak on my roof rack, demonstrated how to use the safety equipment, taught me some knots, and gave me loads of other practical information. The rental came with everything I needed, I just brought the dry bags.

Great service, David was very knowledgeable and accomodating. Made the process super simple and straightforward. Also a great price compared to other rental locations. Great guy.

David has fantastic boats and is clearly very knowledgeable and friendly. He helped us with tips for our overnight camping/kayaking trip and made it possible for us to bring his double kayak over our small hatchback car! Would definitely recommend him.

I am extremely happy with this place and will be returning. Running shop from his backyard, gives the true "Mom & Pops" feeling. The owner David is courteous, kind, and a great conversationalist. He knows great spots to visit by canoe and gives great tips. I highly recommend him.

Dave is such a knowledgeable and helpful person. He helped us pick the right canoe for the water we were going to be paddling in and helped us out a lot with mounting the two canoes on top of our SUV. Make sure you have a car / SUV with rails going front to back! Dave provides us with the horizontal supports to mount the canoes. 10/10 would rent canoes from Dave again.
