I have been their customers for over 7 years. Every single time I want to buy tickets, I have received exceptional and quality customer service from them. Mrs Tina Khodaei the owner is really professional and knowledgeable. She is super helpful and supportive. She always tries her best to find you the best tickets at a very reasonable price.They are always available to answer your calls and emails.I highly recommend them.

I have been a client of Advance Travel for the last 25 (+/-) years. I always received personal level service from this travel agency and been satisfied with the level of care on my int'l and domestic tickets including my pleasure and business trips . Advance travel helped me and my family to visit many places all around the world and sent us to world class cruise ships and tropical destinations .when I look back, I can see it's always started with a simple phone call to friendly reception of advanced travel agency , continued with trip excitement and created many good memories, experiencing new places , cultures and ended with memorable photos for for our family . I also never forget the support we received through our trip during vacation and being away from home . I recommend Advance Travel personally and will continue to use their service  for our next trips and vacations .

One of the worst agencies in town. No response to the client as long as you pay for your trip they leave you because it already has their commotions. Never try these unresponsive people. Due to covid 19, all my trips got cancel and I call them to refund my money they did nothing and no answer me. Thank god my Visa card has insurance. At that time whenever I called them no good response and I did not get any any any help. Regarding their price, I found a better price in other agencies. Don’t lose your time and money! Customer service is the worst.

I have worked with different travel agencies before and in my opinion Advanced Travel is among the best travel agencies in Greater Vancouver Area. Tina is so responsive and helpful and she always try to find the best available fare for her customers. I stuck in airport overseas and I called her late night after her business office hours over the weekend, then she called me back quickly and fixed my problem. She is so helpful and professional. I always recommend Advanced Travel to my friends and family.

I always buying my Tickets from this location! Tina is so nice and so helpful! She is trying her best to find the best flights for me! Her customer service is amazing!
