Unprofessional I’m working reception for a office this morning and the mail lady just threw the company mail on the ground after knocking on the window she did not even bother to wait 5 seconds for me to open the door - just terrible

The employees who deliver the packages at this location are disorganized and lousy. I sent a few packages to PG, and once they arrived at this post office it was an absolute mess. It took them five days sitting at there sorting facility before it was “out for delivery” then three days with a status of “out for delivery”. Then it said “Delivered” before it was even delivered with a FORGED SIGNATURE (made by one of their employees trying to cut corners?) when in fact the receiver of my package was the one supposed to be giving the signature. Then finally, two days after the package was so called “delivered” with a FORGED signature of my mother and MISSING at the same time, the package somehow showed up at her doorstep. I thought an employee had stolen the parcel for sure after seeing the fake signature, but it did end up showing up, just extremely late. Simply ridiculous service on behalf of Canada Post.
