Are blue nitrile gloves worth more than not complying with a customer’s request to have them changed? We usually don’t go here but went here as my mom wanted to get some fish. We got a fish for $41 first which the gentleman at the back cut into pieces for us. Great. Then we got another one worth $28 and while cutting that into pieces, the blade broke. So he had to change it and while doing so his gloves came in contact with the oil and grease of the machine and there were some debris of lubricant on the machine after. We requested him to clean that dirty counter first before he cut our fish. Immediately you can see his face turning from pleasant to extremely unpleasant. Even though he had a mask on you can tell that he’s upset. Then we asked him to change his gloves. He said no my gloves are fine and just wiped them off with another cloth sitting on the counter and went ahead to make pieces of the fish. I don’t think that’s good customer service at all and yet they brag about it by having a big sign above their meat counter saying “best customer service” in bold letters. That employee chose to upset a customer over changing those cheap gloves which would have made us happy. I deeply regret not leaving the while cart worth $138 and walking out of the store. Not going here again ever. Bad experience.

Good place to buy Asian groceries like meat, fish, vegetables, spices mainly.... also dry and frozen foods. Little bit expensive but you will find lots of options....

Definitely they charge more. I bought rasmali and Tatka product.. they charge me lots. Then i went to another Bangladeshi store to compare price. At least 3 to 4 dollar difference. Check price before you buy!!

AUGUST 2020: I went to get meat from them last week. I was getting meat for myself & another friend. So, I asked for each whole chicken to be packed in 5 - 6 small packets, as my friend & I live on camp site, we have to manage our own cooking. The person at the meat shop was very rude & he told me that "we get many customers here but never get any order this complicated". I guess he forgot that I was paying for the meat, cutting & packing service. That also tells me a lot about the work ethic & mentality of these people. One thing is for sure that I will make sure that nobody in my family & friends, ever go to this store again!

Good variety of desi food. Everything is always fresh, but a good idea to keep an eye on expiry date.
